Buffalo Moto-Rama - March 24-26 - Buffalo Convention Center

Hi folks,

We have been invited back to the Buffalo Moto-Rama. We've attended this event the last few years, and it's always a blast. We will have booth dedicated to us, and a room to change in for the whole weekend. We usually bring our backdrops for photos and maybe even the E-Webb blaster. The dates and times are as follows. Please post your availability for all three dates. We by no means need to cover all of the hours listed below, because a 12 hour day in the convention center is wicked long.

Friday March 24: 2pm-10pm
Saturday March 25: 10am-10pm
Sunday March 26: 10am-5pm

I realize that Sunday is set for a filming date, but if you are not in the filming, please try to make yourself available for the Moto-Rama.

I myself should be available to attend at least Saturday and Sunday. Probably not Friday as I usually work.

 

I am available on saturday, probably morning into early afternoon. If the "General Lee" is on display I will costume as Uncle Jessie.

 

I can do Friday as Arctic Mando. .Jeff is unavailable. (I would need a ride)
Jeff and I are unavailable on Saturday.
Sunday we are maybe.

 

I am working Saturday until 5PM

Don't we have SWNX filming on the 26th?

 

Yes, Gil. I suppose though, if people aren't needed for filming they could do this event.

I'm good for Saturday....the whole day if needed ...I can always bring multiple costumes but shooting to have chewie back off the IR for this .. maybe even with new mask

The promoter wanted to put out advertising, and asked what days we would be available so as to advertise those days. Seeing as no one is yet available for Sunday, I told him Friday and Saturday. Something tells me that if our people are available on Sunday, they wouldn't have a problem with us being there.

 

I will be unavailable and offline that whole time period except for Sunday for any filming to be done (It's the Mrs. birthday and we're celebrating - yes, the whole weekend up to Sunday morning. )

 

I expect that Emily and I will be available for morning to afternoon on Saturday. Friday is a possibility as well. I can't firmly commit at this point.

Friday is a maybe for me and a no for Cory. Saturday is a definite no for both of us. We will try to attend Sunday pending filming requirements.

 

I am not available. Dan will come with boys 9-12. May stay later depending on how the boys are doing.

 

I saw that Saturday goes from 10-10 although I only plan to stay no later then 5- 530. I plan to bring Multiple costumes and if all goes well I will have a new costume to break in at this event!!!!!!!!!!

 

Myself, Liam, and Amanda will be there Saturday roughly 11-3.
