    I always enjoyed our chats in the Mud Hutt back in the day. And don't worry, I brought Nemo, Crush and Shelly to my home aquarium. They are safe and sound.

    Today we drove to a farmers market I had read about online. It was a waste of time and pretty much sucked, but we had fun in the process. After all the driving we went back to our local Kroger and stocked up. :p

    Either some people lie in their reviews or they're just crazy.

    That's disappointing about the Market. We have a fair few markets around us nearly every weekend. I have a friend who is a baker at home and does most of them, she makes good money baking British 'treats' and selling them. So many Ex Pat Brits get so excited when they see her wares!!!

    I love a good market, but the one near us isn't open that often. We're going into spring and I'm ready for seasonal fruits and veggies. Wanderguard spent the evening preparing meals for the next week, and that's going to be awesome since we have a busy schedule coming up.

    All the fruits are coming in, grapes, strawberries, peaches, apricots, blueberries..........they're all in season!!!!

    Yep. The advantage is I get in for movies for free, assuming a specific show isn't in sell-out conditions.

    I saw the new Beauty and the Beast for the second time today. Even though I know how it's going to end (having saw the original even before seeing the new one), I still tend...

    to tear up a little when I see the Beast dying and the servants about to permanently become the objects, losing the ability to move and talk. This was a change from the original movie.

    I worked at what is now Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios back then) in the parking lot, directing cars to parking spaces. I also got to drive the tram that transported guests to and from the park entrance.

    That, and the super tight bonds of camaraderie are what I miss most about working at the theater...

    Disney sounds like a fantastic first job!!!! :D

    I have a friend that has danced in some Disney shows, and she loved being there. Sounds like a dreamy place to work.

    I dunno...you ever notice how the oompa-loompas all vanished after Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with the exception of one who appeared at publicity stunts? I heard Disney bought 'em from the studio and worked them like slaves in the Its A Small World show until animatronics were cheap enough to replace them.
