Solo [Official Info] Woody Harrelson (Tobias Beckett) in Solo

Regarding this character's clothes: It's totally fine if he's wearing something similar to what Han was wearing in ANH, but it really depends on how the movie turns out. For example, if Beckett goes behind Han's back and becomes a traitor in the end, there is no reason for him to wear those kind of clothes since Han probably wouldn't want to emulate the style of a person who betrayed him.

 

Right. It's impossible to judge anything at this point as we know...nothing apart from the tiny details given to us by Bob Iger and Woody.

If I don't see a clothing line in May called Hoody Warrelson, I will consider the merchandising of this film to be a complete and total disaster.

 

From the leaked Lego sets it looks like Tobias may be Han's commanding officer while he is in the Empire

 

Yeah, at first it was reported as "Tobias Beckett (Imperial disguise)" but it doesn't say that on the package; it just says "Tobias Beckett." And there's also a mini-figure that looks a lot like Beckett, also wearing an Imperial officer uniform, in the Imperial patrol speeder pack. So, I'm thinking Beckett isn't Han's underworld mentor, but his CO when he's an Imperial and possibly the antagonist.

I don't know. Haven't been following rumors; just saw the Lego leaks.

Harrelson was incredible when i saw War of the Planet of the Apes. Good to hear he is going to be in Star Wars.
