I know the jury is out on whether it's him, but if that is Hux I love the whole idea of him being engaged to some wealthy heiress who he plans on shamelessly using as a source of FO funds. It strikes me as a very Hux thing to do.

CrazyOldJedi is right. That's a chauffeur hat. They just hired a ginger guy so people jumped to the conclusion. Sometimes one runs into an Easter egg, sometimes doesn't. This is not that day.

 

I suppose this one gained more traction because even Breznican jumped to the conclusion that it was Hux.

 

Oh absolutely. Classic comedy setup. He has to pretend to be the toyboy of some huge extravagant baroness, while secretly loathing every moment.

Just saw Mother! and Dohnall Gleeson has an amazing five minutes as a crazy person which makes me hope that in The Last Jedi he gets to go completely buggity boo. He has about 2 minutes in TFA with his big "LAST DAY OF THE REPUBLIC!!!" speech so while I'm totally okay if he's just the stern, somewhat quirky yet quiet commander he should totally get a chance to cut loose cuz he's really good at that.

As someone who's spent far too much time staring at pictures of Domhnall Gleeson for their own good, I'd like to confidently state that that isn't Hux. Kinda wish it was though. That's a hella badass speeder. Solid aesthetic <3

 

Looks like him to me, and I'm known for my facility with facial recognition. Could be his stunt double, but to me, it looks like Gleeson.
