Did you ever hear the recipe of Darth Pitagues the Fresh? I thought not. It's not a cook book the Jedi would give to you. It's a Sith delicacy. Darth Pitagues was a Excellent Cook of the Bread, so soft and so mouth watering he could use the Oven to influence the flour to create bread... He had such a knowledge of the proper ways to make delicious bread that he could even keep the ones he cared about from stale rolls. The dark bread of the Oven is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unique. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his recipes, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice stole his cook book in his sleep. Ironic, he could save others from stale bread, but not himself
