There is some good news in all of this I suppose. If this time, rather than infiltrating Jabba's Palace, the heroes have to go to Candy Club headquarters, we may finally get to see their gingerbread castle. Perhaps also they can mix in some Wonka type elements of death traps they have to get to in order to reach their objective? This could be really exciting guys.

Quite happy with this news. Abrams directed TFA brilliantly, esp the performances he got out of his cast. His writing is a separate point. If he can reign in the nostalgia a bit, which I suspect he will then Ep IX should be awesome.

JJ Abrams doesn't succeed at ending his franchises very well, so I just sent him and the Vice President of Hollywood my ideas. I expect them to be followed through like Slowpoke's ideas usually are.

I'm thinking of Lost and Alias.
