I think darklordoftech was referring to the symbols on his forehead.

I'm sure I posted this 20 pages ago, but I miss Jocasta's EU death, which is Vader just immediately impaling her and tossing her aside with no effort lol.

Mat Lucas is a great voice actor, really captures Hayden Christensen's Anakin. I wish he voiced Anakin in TCW over Matt Lanter.

In my head canon, the ROTS video game sequence will all be canon, except for what happens with Jocasta.

Who knows maybe the ROTS video game scene is completely canon?

however in the comic it's explained that Jocata Nu's wound wasn't fatal and she managed to heal herself and escape the temple while Vader and the clones were focussed on killing the "real threats"

While I don't think that will be the case, I have to admit that thanks to Maul in TCW and Rebels it's not entirely out of the question.

How about Cin Drallig and Shaak Ti? Those would be a bit more of a challenge to Vader.

Shaak Ti is already dead. No idea about Cin Drallig.

No, I mean those would be the "real threats" during Vader's storming of the Temple.

Their should be a flashback to RoTS Anakin in this comic from Jocata Nu's perspective.

Well Vader took down Shaak and Cin without so much as suffering a scar. He was pretty unstoppable at that point. The only reason Obi-Wan survives as long as he did is because he knew Anakin's fighting style so well.

I just hope that they keep Mace dead after being thrown out the window. Not that I hate the character or anything, I just want to see it to spite people who think he is still alive.

Mace and Maul surviving are still both more realistic than Jocasta being impaled through the midsection with a lightsaber. Think of how many organs that must've destroyed.

Guys, some people in real life have survived being impaled by various objects.

I think survinvig after being impaled by a sword is a bit more believable than surviving being cut in half and thrown down a pit. Just saying.

I mean, the only way I reconcile Maul's canon survival is because he is a different species and thus must have a different anatomy than humans.

    Anatomy isn't the reason.

"My hatred kept my spirit intact even though my,body was not."

"The Dark Side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural."

I know, but unless we’re talking about AI, I still don’t think the Force alone can substitute for lost vital organs. Even Vader needs a system that provides him extra oxygen to compensate for his damaged lungs in order to survive.

Post-TPM Maul's design (which only rebuilt his legs) only makes sense to me if he never had any vital organs that were located in the pelvic area that was slashed in half.

Well, I'd say Maul was filled with much more hatred and dark side to make this work. The dark side must've kept Anakin still clinging to life, but his wounds were much more severe, requiring a whole suit to help him breathe. Maul could still breathe on is own, and since lightsabers cauterize, maybe getting his lower half chopped off isn't as bad as one would think. I'm not a doctor or body structure expert, but I never had a problem with Maul surviving. It's not that far fetched, IMO.
