Unfortunately, no. The truncation issue was not related in any way to the forum upgrade. I'm not sure of the exact details behind it, but it's best to assume at this point that the truncation will never be fixed.

Don’t be cheap, website. Actually Tapatalk still works great and is necessary for mobile access to the RS forums since they’re not on Xen yet. Soon....

so... apparently the [ hl=(color)] isn't working now? any ideas what might be causing that? i went and looked at the colors list post in the rules of the JC, and noticed it's a bit of a mess now.

like the new look overall though.

This is really the important thing for me - the little issues with prefixes and copy/pasting etc will all be worked on, but if the underlying forum is slow and terrible what's the point in fixing all of the fancy stuff?

Yes, posting is much faster and easier. Thank you for the excellent upgrade (I like the cleaner look.) It is wonderful to have rich text options on my phone again too.

Oh yes. [face_dancing] The speed is simply marvelous and I adore being able to look at "new profile posts" And watching forums as well as threads? Nice. =D=

Using a mobile, it seems silly to have the left hand side part of the banner come down, meaning there's less space. Not a huge deal but it does seem wasted space.

Besides that, no complaints. Much quicker too thankfully.

    Runs much faster, IMHO.

    Strong work!
One question: where’d all the Senate threads go?

I love the save the draft feature. It has already saved me one headache. Thank you.

What happened to the fan fiction stories?

The story forum is inside the resource forum. Open the resource forum and you'll see the story forum at the top, above the resource threads.

I didn't even notice the save draft feature - now, that's what we're talking about. I lost stuff countless times when Chrome would randomly decide to die, or when the computer would get stuck between hibernation and...whatever other weird state. Awesome!

    Two things.

Is it safe to assume that mentions of "lost stories" are users echoing my enquiry about the moved SW Fan Fiction sub forum, and not actually any lost fics?

To avoid any problem down the road, does this new "save draft" feature know to erase its content after a successful post, because if it is being permanently saved it could fill up unnecessary space at some point?

A couple of times now I go to click on the last page of a thread and what comes up is nothing but a posting window with me alone. There are no posts above it even if I click the previous page. This just happened in the ZOMG! SW JCC pinned thread.

It's happened to me on several threads. I posted in one of them and it put my post at the top of the next page. I'm guessing that it's creating the new page early, before anyone has actually generated any posts for it. Maybe automatically creating it when the previous last page fills up.
