Lit What do you do with your books comics when you finish them ?

I’ve put all my legends books in boxes and in storage. I own all the canon books in hardcover and I keep them lovingly on my shelves in the proper order (publication date, not in-universe chronological).

Some will be re-read. Most, sadly, will not.

 

They live on shelves around my apartment. Along with all the other books I own. I own too many books. Well over 1000. I think I have a problem.

I've got rid of some duplicates. An extra Communist Manifesto, extra Julius Caesar, extra Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter got dropped in little free library boxes around my city. I sacrilicously carved an extra Bible into a stash box for a friend. But that didn't take care of enough books. I'm going to die, crushed by my books.

You're a lightweight compared to me book-wise. I think I passed 1000 years ago.

I buy them on my Kindle so can keep them as far as books go and for comics I use the comixology app on it, so no problems are had.

 

Moving day must be so easy for you.

I have all my old Bantam books on the shelf still. Never bothered to buy the FotJ crap, and donated LotF all to the library book sale. Haven't bought many of the new ones at all. Just Lords of the Sith, Thrawn, and Lost Stars.

Comics, I have a bunch of the old Dark Horse ones on the shelf in TPB. Have barely read any of the Marvel ones, much less bought them.
