Answer: This is the IT-S00.2 Medical droid. It was seen in the first act of The Last Jedi patching up Kylo Ren's face with Mechanosutures. It's the droid he pushes away from his face as the Force Bridge opens with Rey.

Yes, it looks a lot like the IT-0 interrogator droid, but unilike IT-0, the IT-S00.2 makes an appearance in the Last Jedi.
