Most of the younger authority figures (police officers, fire fighters) look like they are about 15 years old to you.

 

You remember when Val Kilmer was a serious movie star.

 

believe 1994 Motorola flip phone is still the best cell phone ever made.

 

You can remember there being a Laserdisc store at a certain shopping center here in the Valley.

 

You didn't even realize Weird Al was still doing new albums....

 

Someone notes your SW t-shirt an quips about your fandom. You say, "Yep. it's been with me since 1977."

 

When 90's cars are now being classified antiques.

 

Everyone calls you ma'am...

 

You can relate to the opening line of The Rolling Stone's "Mother's Little Helper".

 

When you mention to a female teenage co-worker one of the most popular chick flick movies from the nineties and they have no clue what your talking about, and then you mention the actor and actress, and they don't know who they are either.
And you realize the generational cultural divide and just how old you are by comparison.

 

With the exception of perhaps the Ferrari F50 and the McLaren F1, they shouldn't be.

 

When my used 1986 Firebird is now worth more then it was worth in 1998.
