It's been a long wait. And the last few days feel even longer.

It's hard to believe we're almost at the end.

 

Ok, the hype is so real it burns.
I pray this goes well.

A Q&A got out on youtube recently from another Lucasfilm screening this weekend.

Major spoilers were discussed in it.

Watch where you wander, best to go dark until the eps air (I trust the mods to keep it clean here.)

It's down already and I don't think so it will be more until the finale airs.

 

Any predictions?

 

^ Usually I love making a prediction but this time I feel totally lost. I have no idea what to expect.

 

I'm extremely hyped and nervous too... I really hope Ahsoka don't appear... because if she does I bet she'll be killed off... I'm thinking Thrawn loses his mind, Ezra gives himself to save others or something down those lines. But yeah

 

Thrawn deliberately has Pryce killed after she's captured?
The town is evacuated before Thrawn orders his ships to bombard the city?
No, not a clue!

 

My oh-so-bad prediction:

Rebels will get a KoTR ending; it will basically be the theme running through KoTR II, Ezra will be the Revan in this story - who ventures into unknown regions, with Sabine setting out to find him. Sabine and Ezra will find the true emperor lurking in the shadows i.e Snoke.

I suspect the show will "jump" at the end, to when the next animated series is set to begin

-Kanan and Hera had a daughter and the show makes a time jump til after the OT to show her grown.

-Kallis and Zeb apparently survive and become good friends.

-Ezra survives the temptations of the emperor in his "cool grampa PT form" before being rescued by a purgill (space whale) and going to some unknown place.

-Ahsoka and Sabine go looking for him.

No info on Thrawn, Lothal, Rukh or much else.

 

You know what - I’m sorry if this upsets people but the 3rd spoiler I really really do not like and I can’t sit quiet while others will say how awesome it is

 

Well I truly hate 1st spoiler but I will elaborate Monday night.

What the hell would a child of a human and twi'lek even look like

Edit: I'm somewhat disappointed that they have a daughter. What I loved about Kanan and Hera's relationship is that we knew they loved each other, and they both knew they loved each other, but they were so hesitant to act on their feelings. What I felt made Kanan's death so bittersweet was that he never got a chance to tell hera that he loved her.
Knowing that they did the dirty off screen kind of takes away from this.

My predictions.

Thrawn and Ruhk both survive, Thrawn gets sent to the outer rim, and Ruhk accompanies him. I also wants to guess

that we see more of Hera post ROTJ on Endor (around FOD time).

One thing I do like about the spoilers we saw

is that we get a happy ending, not just a ton of death. I think Kanan's death was well done but I do not think we need all this death people have been wanting. That makes me happy for canon going forward because in other pieces of the new canon there is just so much death of characters, and that is not something I like at all.

 

I read all these spoilers on the Tropes Page for Rebels yesterday. So people ought to watch out there too.

#3 makes me nervous as well. Since we don't know the context of all of this I will reserve judgement until I see it for myself. But I literally can not think of an outcome where Ezra (And Ahsoka), live that would satisfy me.

I'm thinking Ezra confronts the Emperor with the help of the Lothal Wolves who he easily defeats then the Purgil that Ezra mind linked with demonstrates Qui-Gon's Bigger Fish surprising the Emperor long enough for Ezra to escape though since he doesn't have a Vacc Suit they really should have him use the nearest portal instead!
