    As a film enthusiast and from a purely enjoyable standpoint, I'd have to say TESB, although I also really enjoy ANH, TFA, and ROTS.

    I never could understand the padawan braid. Wouldnt it be a dead give away if the padawan had to go undercover? Wouldnt a tatoo be more appropriate? :p

    If you're cornered in a situation where your Jedi identity has the potential to get you killed, which is easier to remove, a braid of hair or a TATTOO?

    You can cut off a braid. Cutting off a tattoo...not so easy a task.

    True, but Tattoos can be covered, disguised or otherwise concealed from its true meaning.

    Knowing the technological advancement of scanners in the Star Wars galaxy, I would assume they have measures to check for tattoos. Especially in the criminal underworld.
