Sour cream on pancakes?!

I think it's rather delightful... tastes much better than butter.

 

I've never tried this. It sounds alien.

I've had savory pancakes that you can put sour cream on and it was pretty good. But sour cream with maple syrup on pancakes??

I did once try apple pie with cheddar cheese and it wasn't bad, so I'd give sour cream on pancakes a shot.

Now this has gotten me thinking about taco ingredients on a pancake, and I actually kind of want to try it. Help.

Depends on the pancake. Zucchini pancakes with sour cream is dope. My wife makes pancakes using sour cream in the batter and they’re awesome as well.
