Derby Bout Half Time and Decorations

Hey guys
Just wanted to see what you guys were thinking about for the half time at the bout. Athena mentioned a photoshoot for the audience and the roller girls, would this be cool with you guys? Also, the refs talked about doing a performance of the Star Wars Cantina Song by Richard Cheese, it might be fun to have some costumers up there with us while we do it. Just a thought, we can talk more about it at the meeting if there is time at the end.
Also, we made some AWESOME decorations for the bout, but I was still hoping to have a Hampton Roads Rebellion banner on display during the game, and we can set up a bunch of your flyers, or even hand them out with our pamplets that all the atendees get. Just an idea  if you guys have any pieces you'd like to display during the bout, please let me know and I'll coordinate this with athena and bout production.

I'm the forgetful flyer guy! I can be bring flyers to the meetign..just someone remind me! I've forgotten flyers at the last couple of events!

For your information Miss Thing...I was busy that day helping the community at The Race for Breath and then at The Special Olympics!! So forgive me if flyers were not on my agenda!!
It was an accomplishment that I even made the con!!

Hey of COURSE you can used the 501st banner too! The more the better. Please if they have flyers they'd like to bring, that would be awesome too!
