Hey,
I'm a long-time Star Wars fan (I run erikstormtrooper.com) who's just moved to Houston from New Orleans.
Since I really don't know anyone here in Houston, I thought the SCTF would be a good way to meet some new people.
Are there still regular meetings on the second saturday of each month?

I would love to go to C4, but I don't think I can pull it off. I have two trips to Florida next year.
We need to get some stuff to do so that we can all meet each other.

ApolloCon is coming up at the end of June. I've never been to a Houston convention, so I have no idea how they do here.

It won't be fun if we don't have a bunch of cool fans there!! The main stuff will be Saturday, though lots is going on Friday and Sunday. Come out Saturday and drink with Stormtroopers Saturday night... we always have a great time!

I grew up in Houston and moved to San Antonio for college and then on to Denver. I pop my head in here every now and then. I'm glad that y'all's board is still around and that there is enough posting/interest to keep it going. Good luck and have fun!
