How about everyone getting together one day/night to check out some movies?
Lots of movies coming out this year:
Iron Man (now)
Speed Racer (May 9)
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (May 16)
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (May 22)
The Incredible Hulk (June 13)
The Dark Knight (July 18)
STAR WARS: CLONE WARS (August 15)

This is also my issue. And my little ones. They'll all probably want to go to Prince Caspian, Indy, Star Wars. So I'm stuck to an afternoon type viewing when the theatre is full of noisy kids, which I understand doesn't work for many folks.
On the other hand, we could do a movie as part of our monthly meeting.

That was kind of my idea behind the original post ... just to try some different things, as we could meet up at Stag's Head then go to the movie or the other-way (movies then Stags, etc.)
