I'm off to find paint for my chestbox!!! It actually came with directions that have a brand name of paint to use. Now I need to find out who sells it. Wish me luck!

Hooray, my top fits, albeit tightly around the armpits and really tightly in the wrists. I'm going to see about opening up the wrist and loosening it up, maybe the arms as well. But I'll definitely never put it in the dryer, or I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get into it! I need to dye it ivory to match the pants, and Rit has a formula for doing that, and I already have the dye colors from a previous project! Since I didn't use the pants they sent me, I'll do a test on those. YAY, catastrophy has been averted!!

HURRAY!!!! I'm relieved for you! That was quite a stresser you were going through!
If anybody is interested, the Great Lakes Garrison is doing a run on Wrangler/Costume Support shirts. They're really cool looking.
