August Meeting Date Poll

Minda's parents have offered us the use of their backyard and pool for our August meeting. Her Dad even went out and bought new patio furniture for our toushies to sit on. It seems that August is another busy month, so I'd like to see what date works best for the majority of the group and we'll go from there.
We normally have our meetings on Saturday. Would a Sunday work better this month?
I skipped August 30 due to the John Williams concert being that day. Not sure if the 16th will work, either as that's the day after Clone Wars opens.

Only the first three weekends will work for us...
Aug 2/3 (Saturday is the 501st TRU Grand opening)
Aug 9/10 (Sat. is the Collectables store opening in Redlands that 501st & RL are invited to)
Aug 16/17 (Clone Wars opens this weekend)
I was also thinking a Sunday would work this time too. But whatever everyone wants is fine.
I'm thinking 10/11 arrival time.... to whenever you want to leave, but I think ending before midnight would be kind to our host 
Meeting could take place at anytime during the day. The pool is definately the main attraction, although I know I'll be shy in my suit, but I'm still going to put it on and get in the pool. And IF I can do it then I expect the rest of you fair maidens to suit up as well!!!! I don't think we need to worry about our men's modesty. All our pictures PROVE they have none!
I'd like to have some time to watch Mike & Shelia's Disney pictures and make you all suffer through a few of our own (you may walk out at any point and I will NOT be offened!)
Food, I'd like to have everyone pitch in and bring something. We had a pot luck on sunday and it worked out well. I'll offer to bring fried chicken for the group. Maybe everyone can just bring one part of the meals needs. What do you think?
Also, I'd like to have the choice made fairly quickly here as Joey wants to come and he really needs to know the date so he can try to get the day off!
Personally, I'd like to see this event on Sunday August 10. But I really DON'T care what day is decided on. All days are good.

Okay, I'm really going to push for the 10 now because I just talked to Joey and that is the day he took off in hopes that would be the meeting....
Also I just want to let Ronnie know that he is more then welcome to wear his Slave Leia outfit. One piece or two piece, it is all good for this party!!! I'll be covering as much of me as possible as to not offend anyone, LOL!!!

Don't think we'll be at this meeting. A little far for us at this point and Ryan's allergic to chlorine. Hope you guys have a great time!! How nice of your parents to volunteer their home Minda!

So, at this point it sort of sounds like most of us are leaning towards Sunday, August 10. I'll try to call Sandy and talk to her about it since they've been having computer issues.
