Short film festival event September 21-22

Here is the official information.
The Manhattan Short Film festival in benefit of the Sprinfield house of woman. This event is been held at The Atrium at Shands Jacksonville (Jefferson st and near 8th st corner) They want us on both days at 4:30 PM to start getting ready and on spots no later than 5:15PM. The event starts at 5pm and ends around 7pm. The setting will be Hollywood style, like ascar night down to the red carpet. SO be extra sharp.
The plans as right now is to escort people in thru the red carpet and interact with guess inside. They asked me to tell you guys that the most important thing is to STAY IN CHARACTER. If you have any doubts contact me and I will be happy to explain. This event is gonna be covered by the media(both newspaper and TV).
THey are kind enough that they are providing a table for us to set up flyers, donations, ect and a place for photo op. A live bad will be playing and in their music list is the Star Wars Theme song. After our appearance we can watch the films and vote for them, food and drinks are available at no cost.
WIth that said I need to know for sure Who is coming to this event, What costume and what days so I can turn in the numbers.
This event is going to put us on the map like no other, people are paying to go to this event (15 dollars a head) and they are expecting full house on both days.
SO practice your poses and memorize some lines we gonna put on a good show.

He's sitting next to me and says he can't. He just got a big promotion due to how reliable and dedicated to the firm he was and there is no way it would look good for him to ask to leave early a week after they gave it to him. Bummer.
If you get a chance to talk to someone again from there ask if Anakin can come late. I suppose it doesn't hurt to ask. Yes, he wants to be there, but no he can't leave early to do it

I can ask. I'm still waiting for the schedule of the events(time sheet) and the layout, I'm pretty sure that he can sneak in unoticed. Will see, the only thing I can say is that he needs to be dressed and not look for a place to change that way he can blend in.....If you get my drift

Okay, sending out an important message:
I need a dueling partner who will be able to attend at Thrusday 4:30 sharply. Must know basic steps!! I will run you through what I want and how I want, so no worries. This is important. My house is open to practice at untill Thrusday. Must have full dress down Jedi (no robe, no problem, just at least have nice boots) please. Thank you.
