i think im gonna find out about the 501. but there were jedi and other costumes too. must be another group here anyone know??????????
my dad has a pilot costume and i have a jedi!

There is another group called Rebel Legion, but they are based out of orlando. Thats why I created this gruop, because going to orlando for events is not practical.

501st only takes sith/dark side costumes.
We take both.
Rebel Legion takes jedi/good costumes. You could join the Rebel Legion if you would like, but they don't have many events to my knowledge.
I know of no other group. Put your costume on and come troop with us. Clearly we need some people.

501st member, Mos Eisley Police Dept. member, Kilted Trooper Brigade member here too! the 501st has over 3000 members worldwide........there are about 15 or so in the Jax area. I'm sure my wife will chime in with some Rebel Legion info as well!

Yeah, gotta be 18, have a screen accurate "dark side" costume, and fill out the application and get costume approved. And as far as being invited.....sometimes a few of em just get together on a whim, so its nothing personal to me.
