Manda! get crackin you missed a book! 
im about 80 pages from the end and so far this is an absolute great book. its the story of Darth Bane, who went from a lowly cortosis miner to a sith lord, who established the order of only two true sith at a time.
takes place during the sith Era,and from what i can tell maybe 1000 years before the Episodes (3000 years after Revan,who has a vital,but short, place in the plot)
