Latest Project: Tusken Raider

Hey everyone, just looking for some help on my next project.
I figured after growing to tall to be a Jawa, I would take on something else. I thought about being a jedi, but I dont think it was right for me (Everyone's offers were VERY appreciated, however!).
Anyways, getting to the point, following up being a Jawa, I figured being a Tusken Raider was imminent after some thought. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some of the more complicated props such as the helmet and gaffi stick. Has anyone seen any good tutorials, or props/kits? Im currently trying to stay in some sort of budget, and Ill probally sell my Jawa costume to aid in funding (Id be happy to sell it to anyone here for a discounted price).
Just as well, we need to get some events going! We havent done anything in a long while.

I mean it'd be totally rockin' to have another bounty hunter in the arena and Vossk seems as good as any, if not ridiculously awesome sense I haven't seen a good trandoshan anywhere.

If I could, I would love to be Vossk. I'd have no problem with the clothing, the only problem is the skin, which would be feet, legs, and head. You wouldn't happen to know anyone that could create the prosthetics, would you Dwight?

Alright, Ive got a guy that will make the Bossk/Vossk mask for $500. Ive got two others that go from $2500-$3500. Eek. Ive got $300 currently, so maybe if I can get the $200 more Ill give the guy the green light to make it.

He usually makes them from latex and fills them with polyfoam. Got any other materials I could ask the guy about?
