RE: The Definitive Durge (Officialdom Implied | Spoilers Herein)
there was talk of Ventress getting redeemed in
Jedi Trial
but her appearance in Blackman's lead-in has quelled that theory.
I do, however, agree that it is Durge who will be the one changed. After all, who is more likely to be "altered" - a near-human woman, or a giant pulsating mass of...well...stuff.

Just chuck him in lava, like the end of the T2 movie.

In which case, its most likely Ventress who will change. Unless Durge is going to start making daisy chains and playing with Ewoks or something.
Hmmm...I feel deprived of Durge, we've not seen him in anything for ages. Any hope of him turning up in the Clone Wars Adventures comics? It's a real shame for them to concoct such as awesome bad guy, use him four or five times, then simply ignore him.

At the very least I think you'll see him pop up in Blackman's countdown series.

i think it would be funny if at the end of anakin vs. ventress she repents and wants to turn to the light, then anakin kills her anyway but thats for another board.
prob the reason durge isn't around as much is cuz of grievous. LFL doesn't want people to confuse them.

Anakin has plenty to do in Obsession. For instance, he and Durge go toe-to-toe...
- Randy Stradley
I assume we'll see a resolution to his arc here then.

other than a computer virus, they could either just freeze him again or perhaps drop him into acid and then make him watch Yentl.

In Holland, they have singers that produce such terrible songs that foreigners unaccustomed to them classify their visit there as a veritable Living Hell On Earth afterward. Even the Dutch get the creeps when they hear it.
Simply have 100 bagpipe players staked out for one week on Durge's front lawn, accompanied by a Tiroler orchestra playing the same identical melody. This is the reason why the Dutch maintained their independence for so long...

I don't think he meant Anakin goes toe to toe with Durge in a
singing contest

I was looking through the pictures of the Clone Wars action figures when I came to the Durge figure. Something interesting caught my eye: the forearms of the figure appear to show human flesh and muscle. I also looked on the Rebelscum page and it also had the flesh coloring on its arms. Could anyone with the figure check this out?
Has Durge been replaced with an imposter, or has Hasbro been caught in a mixup?
Edit: Here's a picture

Upped for news on Obsession.

Unless you count Holonet News, with its reports of Operation Durge's Lance gradually making its way to Coruscant. As of now, it's at Duro, which is within striking distance of the Core. It will be interesting to see how this ties in with Obsession and/or the various other pre-EpIII arcs.

He's mentioned as being in the front lines in Republic # 60, and according to Pablo has no involvement in Durge's Lance, beyond the name.
