I really enjoy GODV because of them being so cheesy. Reminds me of the movies off MST3K. I find it a lot more funnier than Allston's works.

I'm searching some infos about Grand Moff Hissa, Trioculus or Kadann; I know (or I think I know so) that Trioculus was born on Kessel. But I've no more info about Hissa or Kadann, as were're they born or their race (for Hissa only, what sort of Alien? Millions of sort of Aliens do exist!)
Thanks for your answer fans of GODV!

RE: Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Glove of Darth Vader, But Were Afraid to Ask...
Trioculus was born on Kessel, and treated cruely by the other kids because he was... Different. Yes, because of his third eye, he did not have a normal childhood. He tattled on the kids who were mean to him, and this led to him being an Imperial informer. He studied Imperial military tactics, caught the attention of Grand Moff Hissa, and became Supreme Slavelord of the Imperial spice mines. He has a droid, MD-5, with whom he shares a relationship somewhat similar to Luke and his droids, only evil.
Hissa apprently ruled his territory from Kessel. Gamer revealed his firt name, Bertroff. Because he has such an affinity for Trioculus, it's likely that they had similar experiences growing up on Kessel. Hissa is not alien, though he does have alien blood, as is evidenced by his pointy ears and teeth. He was the head of the Central Committee, very loyal to Trioculus. His personal strike cruiser was also the offical Moffship.

I think that Hissa didn't rule his territory from Kessel. I think it's more likely that Grand Moff Hissa was just putting on a show of his power for everyone by summoning them to the most god forsaken planet in the universe.
The fact there's a city there I should point out should not be surprising. At least two members of Rogue Squadron had a reasonably normal childhood there.
I imagine before Moruth Doole took over that there was a reasonable home for correctional facility people above the spice mines and probably places to enjoy oneself for the guards, etc.
I also want to point out "Moff-ship" is not such a crazy title as people make it out to be. At least no more than Moff itself. Let's change the word a bit and make it sound better 'Governor-ship.' 'Presidential Ship', 'Prime Minister Ship' It's a Star destroyer modified with special emplacements and shielding in order to house meetings of the Central Committe where they were pretty much certain that they were safe. A ISD version of airforce one.
"Mofference" is shorthand. There's alot of code words out there that summarize things in messages. It's a conference attended only by Moffs...ergo.
It's most likely a nickname for the vessel personally too since the thing probably had a name and also was a unique vessel not a class.
BTW I'm looking forward (A GREAT DEAL) to your GODV sourcebook.

Thanks for that. I'm french and I do sheets about characters of GOTV. I've also done Trioculus and I'm doing Kadann. Trioculus' sheet only does 2 word pages. (lol). If anybody want to read it (in french so because I can't do it in English ) say it.

As a note here's some more "expanded info". Trioculous was left the Supreme Slavelord of Kessel when the Empire more or less left the region but his control was disputed strongly by Moruth Doole. They struggled for control of the planet when the Empire left and only Tricoulous' departure with Hissa left the region under the dominion solely of the Rybet.
Kadann also met his end not in the lost city of the Jedi but at the hands of Grand Admiral Makati. The Grand Admiral had been humiliated by Kadann with force lighting after one of his prophecies went arry (as described above) and vowed vengeance. Tracking Kadann down with his servant Azrakel the Grand Admiral found Kadann on Scardia Space station with his slave Triclops.
Presumably all three Dark Siders met their end when the Grand Admiral blew it to pieces.
I also want to illustrate Trioculous was Hissa's puppet. Hissa was happy to indulge Trioculous' whims like Princess Leia as his bride (after all she was Darth Vader's daughter) and the occasional murder but it was obvious who was calling the shots.
It's unusual to see a functioning work relationship in the "evil" empire though built on friendship rather than fear.

D'you think that Triclops has been killed when Scardia was destroyed by Makati? It's ironic to think that's the false Kadann was killed by the only one thing he didn't do: it's the real Kadann who has humiliated Makati and who has trained Azakarel.
All the Dark Side Prophets (the false) were died when Kadann arrived on Scardia; it kept Kadann, Jedgar, one (I don't know his name but he is on a picture in chapter VI) and so Triclops. Kadann never went into Scardia without Jedgar and the other. But perhaps Triclops stayed in a ship? We will never know.... but the more credible is that he died with Kadann (because of the fleet of Amiral Makati which destroyed the base)... Poor Ken, sigh
.
Azkarel is still alive (Dark Side SourceBook), I think isn't he?

The Dark Side sourcebook takes place over no particular time, so its entirely possible he died with them.
It's also possible the Real Kadann was involved somehow since the Makati story is about Azrakel tracking down Kadann.
Maybe Kadann went to the Lost city for some reason :-)

>I think that Hissa didn't rule his territory from Kessel. I think it's more likely that Grand Moff Hissa was just putting on a show of his power for everyone by summoning them to the most god forsaken planet in the universe.<
Hissa ruled from Kessel; that's his address in Gamer #1. Kessel as god-forsaken planet depends greatly on a certain point of view.
Kessendra City was apprently quite large, and probably had many creature comforts for the slavelords who ruled there. Mira Volz even thought of Kessel as beautiful. To each her own, I suppose.
>It's a Star destroyer modified with special emplacements and shielding in order to house meetings of the Central Committe where they were pretty much certain that they were safe. A ISD version of airforce one.<
Yes, that's exactly the track I took. (See below) Great minds think alike, yes?
>I also want to illustrate Trioculous was Hissa's puppet. Hissa was happy to indulge Trioculous' whims like Princess Leia as his bride (after all she was Darth Vader's daughter) and the occasional murder but it was obvious who was calling the shots.
It's unusual to see a functioning work relationship in the "evil" empire though built on friendship rather than fear. <
Yeah, it's definately interesting. Hissa *is* calling the shots, and they both know it, but Hissa is still very loyal to Trioculus as Emperor. Rather odd, actually.
>D'you think that Triclops has been killed when Scardia was destroyed by Makati? It's ironic to think that's the false Kadann was killed by the only one thing he didn't do: it's the real Kadann who has humiliated Makati and who has trained Azakarel. <
Personally, I think that Triclops released Kadann from the Lost City knowing that he would go to Scardia and be killed by Makati (Triclops tells Ken in a letter that he will do shocking things, and releasing Kadann would certainly qualify.) Therefore, it seems unlikely to me that Triclops would have been on the station when it was destroyed. I like Brandon Whalburg's theory that Triclops, sensing that his father was still alive, went into hiding with Ken.
I also don't think that it's entirely out of the question that the "false" Kadann was, in fact, the one who humiliated Makati (see my wild theory above)...
>Talon, has it ever been confirmed that Vellam was arrested/executed for his traitorous dirty-dealings? <
Nope. I take the track that Vellam was quickly arrested and executed by the Emperor, though--I see him as a straggler from Trachta's group.
>I have heard people mention a adult edition of these, what was different? <
The six-book series was collected into a two-volume hardcover edition for Barnes and Nobel; nothing else was changed. I don't think it was ever made clear whether or not this was an attempt to cash in on the adult market.
And now, more wild crazy fanboy stuff, this time dealing with Gornash, Hissa, and the Moffship. I had to work with the fact that Hissa's Imperial Strike Cruiser suddenly transforms into the Moffship halfway through Mission From Mount Yoda (those crazy Davids):
Moffship One
During the height of the Empire’s naval power, shortly before the Battle of Hoth, a fad erupted among highly placed Imperials for highly specialized command ships. The fad began shortly after Lord Vader’s Executor was launched at Fondor. Other Imperials looked with envy at Vader’s massive ship, and soon every important man in the Empire was scrambling to obtain their own versions. Depending on a sector’s price range, the product catalogue of Kuat Drive Yards offered a number of Super-class Star Destroyers, which ranged from 8 and 12.8 kilometer superships all the way up to the mighty 17.6 kilometer Executor-class. Admiral Giel and Jerec both commanded Super Star Destroyer variants, and Lord Hethrir outclassed them all with his gargantuan worldcraft.
Grand Moff Hissa commissioned his own command ship personally from KDY. The concept was based heavily on Loronar’s Strike-class cruisers, employing a modular design that allowed the ship to be refitted quickly with different weapons and equipment. The finished ship resembled KDY’s earlier Imperial and Acclamator designs, and was capable of atmospheric travel and planetary landings. It was completed nine months after the Battle of Yavin, and Hissa volunteered its use as the official space vehicle of the grand moffs. The craft was christened Moffship One, and her first commander was Trioculus, who used the Moffship as a weapons platform to subdue rebellious slaves on Kessel. After the Battle of Endor, it became a mobile command station and meeting place for the Central Committee.
The Moffship’s modular strike cruiser design allowed it to be refitted with any number of weapons, from heavy ion cannon to gravity well generators, but it most often boasted several heavy-weapons blisters to protect the grand moffs.
Hissa employed the Moffship in an attempt to rescue Emperor Trioculus from Bespin. High Prophet Jedgar then commandeered the ship to voyage to Duro, where she saw action against the Millennium Falcon. After Jedgar abandoned Hissa to his fate on Duro, Hissa, aided by loyal stormtroopers, escaped to Tatooine in the Moffship and gathered the other members of the Committee aboard in preparation for war against Emperor Kadann. The Moffship was later captured by Kadann’s forces, and reassigned to the mid-rim. It served as Lord Shadowspawn’s command ship, and was ultimately destroyed over Naboo by Republic forces.

Grand Moff Bertroff Hissa
Bertroff Hissa was raised on the prison world of Kessel, the son of a foreman in the mines. Hissa was cleaver and power-hungry. A mid-level prison official when the Empire took over Kessel’s prisons and spice mines, Hissa was a driving force in introducing slave labor to the Kessel workforce. He became one of the first slavelords, and wished to extend his power far beyond Kessel. Knowing that his mixed human/alien heritage would work against him in the anti-alien Empire, he used assassination to further his rise to power. Hissa was careful to avoid public figures whose deaths would surely be avenged, but arranged for a series of “mining accidents” to cause the death of minor Imperial officials, whose offices and ranks he took. Within five years, Hissa was second-in-command of Kessel’s anti-smuggler fleet under Colonel Quirt, and his subsequent successes in combating smugglers and pirates helped to earn him recognition and respect in the Empire. He became a personal friend and correspondent of Moff Quorl Matrin, and helped Grand Moff Tarkin to locate Seswenna scientist Renn Volz, who had adopted Kessel as his homeworld. This earned him the rank of Moff, and Hissa became the ruler of Kessel. In this position he worked endlessly to prove himself loyal to the Empire, and for this reason he was promoted to Grand Moff by Emperor Palpatine following Trachta’s failed coup. Palpatine didn’t entirely trust Hissa, however, and limited his power. Although the alien Moff now controlled several of Kessel’s neighboring sectors, he was subordinate to Ardus Kaine, who took over control of Oversector Outer after Tarkin died at Yavin. Hissa had hoped to be the one to take Tarkin’s place.
Shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Moruth Doole staged a prison revolt in the Imperial Correctional Facility. Doole took over the prison and began eliminating slave lords. Hissa, well protected in Kessendra City, did nothing to stop Doole. In fact, the Grand Moff had an understanding with the Doole—Hissa hoped to use the revolt in order to gain more resources for his Oversector. In hopes of achieving the same ends, he also covertly aided several slaves who had affiliated themselves with the Rebel Alliance, leading to a bloody series of slave rebellions. Hissa managed to rally support for his campaigns against the rebels on Kessel, including Darth Vader’s lackey Bzorn, who died attempting to quash the rebels. When Hissa finally unleashed his protégée Trioculus, who quickly and effectively decimated the rebellious slaves (thanks to information provided by Hissa), the Grand Moff’s popularity skyrocketed, and even the other Grand Moffs looked to him for leadership after the Emperor’s death at Endor.
When Grand Moff Kaine broke off from the Empire proper to form the Pentastar Alignment, the remainders of his holdings in the Outer Rim were seized by the Central Committee, and Hissa was given control of several sectors beyond his previous sphere of influence, including portions of the Javin and Seswenna sectors. Hissa served Trioculus faithfully until the Prophets of the Dark Side revealed their knowledge of Hissa’s assassinations and negligence on Kessel. If such information ever reached Ysanne Isard or any of the other Grand Moffs, Hissa would suffer a long and painful execution.
Prophet Gornash
The Prophet known as Gornash was born to Ffib missionaries on the Moon of Endor, spending much of his childhood among the native Duloks. After leaving the Moddell sector in his teens, Gornash entered Beshka University, where he studied comparative galactic religion. He became an expert in his field, and was later recruited as an Intelligence agent by the mysterious Blackhole. Gornash was assigned to infiltrate various religious groups, including the Order of the Sacred Circle and the Cosmic Balance. Most religions had been outlawed by Palpatine, and those that weren’t illegal were often suspected of aiding Rebel groups. Gornash proved an invaluable resource,--in some cases, Gornash was able to cause the disbanding of entire groups without the aid of the Empire. Because of his skill and experience in dealing with religious orders, Gornash was chosen to be the Intelligence operative serving with Kadann’s false Prophets. Unbeknownst to Imperial Intelligence, Gornash’s first loyalties were to Kadann, whom he felt was the Empire’s best chance at survival.

Not that I doubt that this info is legit, but I have to ask, TC. Where exactly did you find this stuff? Sourcebooks? Other printed media? Or did you just make it up?
I'm
especially
interested in where this part comes from:
It served as Lord Shadowspawn’s command ship, and was ultimately destroyed over Naboo by Republic forces.
