Kevin I think you are thinking of mission 3. Bonus mission 3 involves protecting an asteroid base from Imperial troops.

If I remember correctly,
Jedi Outcast
took place 12 ABY, not 14. The intro-sequence said 8 years after the battle of Endor.
Also, I think that the Liberation of Cloud City is shortly
after
Endor, because
Truce at Bakura
something about a fleet given to Lando to liberate the city.

"Kevin I think you are thinking of mission 3. Bonus mission 3 involves protecting an asteroid base from Imperial troops."
Yes, I was wrong. Dodanna fights off an imperial fleet with like no resources and it was hard as crap. That's about all I remember.

i believe what is labeled X-wing: Imperial Pursuit is Tour of Duty #4, and not #3. TOD 3 ends with the battle of Yavin and the destruction of the Death Star.
TOD4 picks up after Yavin, and the need to evacuate the planet.
heh.. last night i was playing Jedi power battles and masters of teras kasi...

Dark Guardian you are probably right. That is most likely a mistake on my part when I was melding timelines.
James are you sure? I don't have X-wing so I am relying on others for that information.

There was an issue though with the timeline placement for Outcast as I recall- mainly that it should have been set around the time of The Crystal Star, and that the opening scroll was in error.
I forget what the fix/explaination was though.

Up! Republic Commando is now out. Anyone one want to update the timeline and give a list of the missions?
Apparently the "Republic Command Ship" missions take place 12 months after Geonosis, while the Kashyyyk missions take place 26 months after Geonosis. Anyone wanna get more specific on where the Geonosis missions are set (in relation to Clone Wars, Clone Campaigns, and Jedi Starfighter)?

This topic has been pretty quiet for awhile. Just wondering where the newly released games' levels (KOTOR II & Republic Commando) fit into the list. I know KOTOR II takes place several years after the first game.
First post! woohoo!

Yep. KOTOR II is set 3,951 years before the Battle of Yavin, or 5 years after the previous KOTOR game.
Oh, yes. And an update:
The following missions:
Rebel Strike - Luke Skywalker # 2: Revenge of the Empire
Rebel Strike - Luke Skywalker # 2: Defiance on Dantooine
Rebel Strike - Luke Skywalker # 2: Defenders of Ralltiir
Rebel Strike - Luke Skywalker # 2: Extraction From Ralltiir
...should all be moved to "1 month after the Battle of Yavin," as they indirectly tie the 1st Evacuation of Yavin (as seen in Mike W. Barr's "The Imperial Spy") to Tycho Celchu's appearance in Rogue Squadron (in Ryder Windham's SW Missions # 18: Rogue Squadron to the Rescue), both of which are set during that first month.

Well, that list has come along well. A couple of pages back soemone toyed with the idea of adding quick summaries to the levels to provide a more comprehensive read...
Anyone still up for it?

Just a couple of well-paraphrased sentences. Just to make it a better read

Not meaning to sound difficult, but are you sure the Geonosis battle in Battlefront was a mop-up? Its around the command spire, techno union warships pouring into the sky...
And I'd be tempted to say Mountaintop Defences on Rhen Var took place 16 Months ABG, when the Seppies had their victories in the area at Jabiim and began harrying the Cron.

>>"but are you sure the Geonosis battle in Battlefront was a mop-up? Its around the command spire, techno union warships pouring into the sky..."<<
San Hill's
Hardcell
was stranded on Geonosis for many weeks, whats to say that these ones weren't? What's to say that these three didn't return to Geonosis to try and liberate lost technology?
The presence of ARCs at the battle really does imply it took time some place after Kamino. Coupled with
The Cestus Deception
(Nate, an ARC trooper, at Geonosis) and
Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds
(battles were fought at Geonosis throughout the war), all signs point to "mop up".
The Command Spire is empty, and in the film it's clearly seen as full. Actually, it's most likely a different command spire to the one in the film. I think we can effectivley ignore the Death Star projection as "eye candy".

You still have the XWing Tours of Duty wrong. I've taken the following descriptions of each ToD from
http://www.xwing.wz.cz/
- a great resource for the whole series.
XWing
The first Tour of Duty, "A New Ally", consists of twelve missions and describes Imperial campaign against Rebels. The campaign ends when Rebels with hidden explosives destroy an Imperial Star Destroyer.
The second Tour of Duty, "The Great Search", consists of twelve missions too. In this campaign, Rebels reveal the secret of the Imperial force's newest weapon - the Death Star. The campaign ends with protection of princess Leia's corvette Tantive IV which ferries Death Stars plan.
The third and last Tour of Duty, "The Gathering Storm", has fourteen missions and describes Rebel's route to the final battle of Yavin and the Death Star destruction.
Expansion Pack 1
Imperial Pursuit
New Tour of Duty 4 (Imperial Pursuit) - campaign consists of twenty missions and player has four choices of two missions. The campain describes the Rebels escape from Yavin base and their searching of hidden location for new base. The Rebels must resist a growing Imperial pressure. Later the Empire gets new type of ship in their fleet - the Interdictor Cruiser. The campaing ends Rebel's assault on Imperial dock by assistence corvette with special shield.
Expansion Pack 2
BWing
New Tour of Duty 5 (B-Wing) - this campaign consists of twenty missions and player has four times choice of two missions. In the campaign player protect the location of B-Wings production and then protect transport of new B-Wings. In the fourth mission of campaign player finally can fly in B-Wing. Later Rebels nab Imperial probes and get new and very valuable informations. The campaign ends with the Rebel's transport to a new hidden base on planet Hoth.
Hope that helps to increase the accuracy of this great resource.
