just to let everyone know, to make this thread a bit easier to navigate, I've just set up a website with all the info. I'm only up to year 0 at the mo, and haven't had chance to incorporate DanielC's NES info above, but rest assured it will be done.
check it out here http://daveytod.bravehost.com/

Great idea TOD-UK!! It makes sense to see it all on one site. More room for additional info.
I did notice a few things that were left off the list:
1) The Empire Strikes Back for Atari 2600 & Intellivision
2) Return of the Jedi (Arcade) - levels 2 and 3
3) Demolition was release for PS1 and Dreamcast
4) Jedi Power Battles was released for PS1 and Dreamcast (and the GBA, but I don't know if the levels coorespond to the ones in the console versions)

Battlefront
Assault on Kamino
Mountaintop Defences
Clone Wars
Lvl 4: Evacuation Of Rhen Var
Raxus Prime Missions
Kashyyyk Moon Missions
Republic Commando
Battle Of Kashyyyk
Clone Wars
Rhen Var Missions
Thule Missions
Im not so sure about the setting for Battlefronts "mountaintop defence" in it, You are attacking a seperatists base to take for your own. In Clone Wars Lvl 4, It seems that the seperatists are heading to Rhen Var from across the galaxy cuz they just found out about a republic outpost on the planet.

A note on the Battlefront II levels... The post-ROTS levels are probably spread out over the course of several years, and don't all take place in 0 BBY

since I don't have those 2, do you fancy putting forward a quick description, and a guess at a better time placement?

Your Force Commander levels are wrong. You have Walker Gambit 1, then Walker Gambit 2-3 later. There were only two Walker Gambit levels, and they were both at the same time. You then left off the two Redemption at Abridon levels, placed between Walker Gambit and Alliance Strikes Back.

I've found a new game to add to our list:
Star Wars: Imperial Ace
Here's a few shots I was able to find:
And a shot of the phone is here. The press release makes it seem like a European exclusive.
A sequel to Tie Fighter?

Um, hello, LucasArts? Why are all the awesome game concepts being put on cell phones and not the PC?
Looks interesting though. I wonder if it could somehow be tied into the Hammertong (or even another superlaser... ) project, since Mygeeto is in it...
As for timeline placement, I'd say sometime post-Yavin because of the TIE Interceptors.

Looks kinda like an Imperial version of Rogue Squadron or, more aptly, Flight of the Falcon.
Also, with the current version of the list (good job, BTW), shouldn't the Rogue Leader Razor/Kothlis levels be set before the end of SOTE?

TOD-UK,
Are you still updating your list? There are a few games we've discussed that weren't included on your most recent comprehensive timeline:
Atari 2600 & Intellivision
The Empire Strikes Back
NES & Gameboy
Star Wars
Arcade
Return of the Jedi, levels 2 & 3
I'll try and update our list of games that still aren't covered.

That we are all one consciousness, experiencing itself subjectively.
There is no death, life is only a dream,
and we're the imagination of ourselves.
