	Sorry about the confusion, but what I truely wondering what the time difference was between the time when Madine first decided to defect and when he actually defected. Depending on how long that interval was, he could have become a mole for the Alliance. Val, I wonder what exactly his last mission was. If the plague release required time (several weeks to a few months) for Madine to infiltrate the planet, he could have easily left the planet and become a mole without his supperiors suspecting anything (this is assuming that the mission was a deep cover operation, not just a quick raid-and-release.) The Databank and the EGtC seem to suggest that more than one event prompted his defection. Perhaps his traitorous thoughts began BBY...

	Ya, that seems quite possible. He must have been in contact with the rebels however during that period, enough that they considered him defected, and also honored him with a position of general of the rebel alliance? That is if we assume the farlander paper was written BBY as it is reputed to be in Farlander Papers(...and not something packed into the file later).

	Now the problem with Battlefront is that everything fits, just it's like trying to push a square block through a circular hole. >>"3: Kashyyk: Aggressiv Negotiations (maybe after the Attitichuk-Campaign) 4: Geonosis: Battle of Geonosis (22 BBY)"<< Aggressive Negotiations has to take place around the Clone Wars era because of the presence of Super Battle Droids, research on which (according to Battle for Naboo only began around the same time as TPM, and the Itchy campaign - I assume you mean the GBG tutorial campaign - is shortly before The Phantom Menace.) I'm in fact tempted to put Agressive Negotiations as occuring after Attack of the Clones (it galls me to have Dooku leading Super Battle Droids in an attack on Kashyyyk before the War even started!) and take the Battle of Geonosis level as a "mop-up" battle, a few weeks after the main battle (this also supports a claim made by Nate in The Cestus Deception, about ARCs being present at Geonosis). Perhaps this also implies a second Battle of Kamino, the one in the game. A better timeline for this would have been: Battle of Naboo Rebellion on Theed Battle of Geonosis Aggressive Negotiations Assault on Kamino Mountaintop Defence Battle of Kashyyyk Perhaps it works better as: The Battle of Geonosis (AotC) Aggressive Negotiations The Battle of Kamino (Comic) Battle of Geonosis (Battlefront) Assault on Kamino (Smaller assault seen in Battlefront) I think the best "fix" for this (short of having to accept the events of Aggressive Negotiations as having happening before AotC, and chalking the presence of ARCs at Geonosis down to gameplay concerns), is simply to rearrange the order of levels in the historical campaign (this also works very well for the GCW too, otherwise we have Bespin getting liberated between Hoth and Endor). The Battle of Geonosis (AotC/Battlefront) Aggressive Negotiations Assault on Kamino (Comic/Battlefront) I still like the idea of the Battlefront one being a mop-up operation, though, because (as I mentioned earlier) it reinforces a comment Nate makes in The Cestus Deception. A note: After first playing the game, I theorised that the two Kashyyyk missions might be one and the same, just two attacks on different locations, but after a few more times round I see this can't be the case - Sidious explicitly calls the SBDs "new". Moving onto GCW campaign, which gives us such fun-packed scenarios as Darth Vader attacking Mos Eisley after the Falcon escapes... burrie has made some interesting points which work well in the game's context: Battlefront seems to tie in very nicely with Force Commander and Rebel Assault! In Force Commander, Bren Tantor is patrolling the dunes, in Battlefront a Rebel outpost is located in the dune sea (by Tantor?) and in Rebel Assault we see the Rebel base on Tatooine getting blown to bits by TIE fighters... so we can assume that the base Tantor set up located the Rebel base, TIEs blew up Hack and co, Rookie One chased them, Imperial troops mopped up the Rebel ground troops, the remaining Rebel troops fled to Mos Eisley... ...and then Rookie One arrives, to find lots of AT-STs in the city, which he then attacks. So it's pretty easy to imagine these AT-STs were part of the Battlefront pacification effort. The only real issue is Vader's presence, which makes things a whole lot messier. Still thinking about that one. Sabotage at Rhen Var works well, the two Yavin missions work well (as just minor skirmishes perhaps during the 6-month seige). We move Endor forward a bit and it works quite nicely. More discussion on the matter here. -----signature----- hey, who turned out the lights?

And if Dooku and the droids did their job well enough, we can assume the entire settlement was razed with no survivors etc., thus the fact we heard nothing about this in HNN* apart from the obvious reason why, i.e. Battlefront was released 2 years after* HNN. 	Yes and No. It involves Leia, 3PO, Attichituk and Echuu Shen Jon going to Geddes to destroy an ancient sith artifact called the Vor Na Tu.
