Props to Paul and Tom for finding ways to have the padawans put up a fight without taking Vader head on, since they would obviously be no match for him in a fair fight.

Agreed. Its very refreshing to see people using non-standard, yet completely obvious ways of fighting Vader. Giant magnets? EMPs? Why hasn't anyone else thought of this stuff?

Tremayne's button-pushing routine back in Recruitment falls under this umbrella too.

Or how about Stacie's bottun-pressing plan in Return of pink Five....that worked pretty well.

Also, the good news is that they're using it early, so presumably Vader learns his weaknesses and develops better counters, helping him become stronger and explaining why no one else really tries it.

It appears that Darth Vader is quite literally kicking Drake's @$$.

I'm a brand new Hyperspace member (as of this weekend) and I've read all of the Evasive Action series up to the current strip (75/75) and I've been wondering when these actually get updated. They're advertised as daily strips, right? Monday is a day, last I checked. Where is the new strip?

So, basically, how daily are these daily strips?

They're usually updated around 9:00 or 10:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (USA).

I'm EST, and I get them around 10:00 PM.

So I guess they're more "nightly" comic strips in that reguard, at least for me.

Thank you ever so much.

I've found this series to be absolutely amazing. I had never even thought that it was Commander Bly who had killed Aayla until it started with the both of them on Felucia. Just hadn't connected the dots. Also, I found Tremayne turning off Vader's breathing to be among one of the top ten funniest things in the world.

To revive the topic of who Erika's going to bury. I think it's Zonder. Drake will become Vader's secret apprentice and then Erika will have baby Ghent! It all fits semi-purfectly!

But who then is the father, she has shown no romantic interest in Drake so far.

According to Wookiee, Ghent was born 11BBY, so she still has some time to find someone...

Nice dialog in #78 guys. Kudos. Rorron Korrob must have been a great master. Drake is much more insightful than we might have expected.

...is Paul Ens playing into the "Vader's Apprentice" theory, or is it just me?

The idea of it happening is so exciting, but you just know it won't happen.
