I doubt the cover is to be taken literally. And even if it is, that just means Vader meets Jax in that book. After which he can send out someone to kill him. Vader, being the second most powerful man in the galaxy could easily have more important things to do than run around in the lower levels of Coruscant looking for a lone Jedi.

Which is a pretty potent symbol of the Empire's oppression and the constant threat of being killed because of his secret identity. No?
Also, how come Force sensitives in this galaxy don't ever take the simple damn precaution of changing their names?

They do, sometimes. They just do it really half-assed by changing their first names, but leaving their galactically-recognized last names intact.

Well, there's the reporter and the droid... and, apparently, the damsel (which, naturally, looks more like a Twi'lek than a Zeltron)...

The woman in the cover and the Zeltron who hires Jax Pavan might not be the same character.

True enough, but still, I'll play "believing the obvious" until I know better...
After all, Zeltrons are generally attractive (and attracting) females, and I doubt the dame in a Noir story wouldn't be the one who's turning the PI's head. And then there's the girls in the movies who always run around in rather small clothes. I guess someone made a connection.

But there are often two women around the hero in noir detective stories: The attractive femme fatale who hires the detective, and the less sexy, but still good looking secretary or girlfriend. Which in the case of Jax Pavan might be replaced by another Jedi survivor.

I can agree with that. Said secretary would be very reminiscent of Mission Vao.
Still, having the two most stereotypical "attractive" races so close together...? And now that I think of it - isn't there a catfight scheduled in Legacy for a Twi'lek and a Zeltron hawking about the same guy...?

I was looking on SW.com and saw that the first book is set to come out April 25th, did they move it up? Or is this false, I was under the impression that it did not come out until around June.

He was probably looking at an older article - release dates do have tendency to change, and Coruscant Nights has moved around quite a bit.
This may be a tad OT, but it does concern Micheal Reeves and not something I've heard about before: He's in the midst of some serious health issues, and Subterranean Press is selling a limited edition of Interworld, the YA novel he wrote with Neil Gaiman. All the profits will go to help with his medical and living costs.
(Sorry for the link to CJ, but there's something in Subterranean's direct link that the board doesn't like.)
