I seem to recall an "Official Timothy Zahn" thread somewhere in these boards... I was subscribed to it, but it doesn't appear in my active topics anymore, and when I searched for it, I had no luck...

Just wondering if I missed it... because I didn't see a link to a chronology of the EU in that first post... if it really isn't there, why not? Surely that would be one of the most important links -- if it is there, shouldn't be more prominent so nobody can miss it?

Just wondering if there were thread(s) here that discussed specific characters. At times, a character will just appear in a novel without much of a backstory, but yet with an aura about him, and I'd like to understand who/what/why et al.
Specifically, I'm referring to Corran Horn's appearance in Spector of the Past, but I'm sure other occurances of this will happen to me.
Can someone help me and point me to an appropriate thread(s)?

Well, Corran Horn does have an extensive backstory (the X-Wing series, I Jedi, short stories, etc) though I don't believe we have an existing thread dedicated to him (Offhand, I know we have ones for Kyle, Quinlan, the Solos and Skywalkers and maybe Kyp).
Another option, if you'd like to know more about the charcater's history- foloow the Unofficial SW Encylopedia link in the forum header and run a search on him.

You know, I was going through the old index the other day and was amazed at just how many of my threads ended up in there. The only one I could think of was the first version of my "The Best...." survey thread. But I found several other's I'd done.

I apologise for not having a go at this recently. I've been really busy with my journalism course at the moment, so I can't fix a time for the next update (soon though I hope).
