I heard Christmas '08 at the earliest for KotoR 3.
The SW:TFU Game is listed on Amazon as being released on April 9th but this date has been pushed back to at least the end of June. TFU novel and TPB are both out in June. The 24th is the release date for the novel and The Art and Making of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed hardcover, and June 4th for the TPB.
Of course all of these dates are subject to change but I wouldn't expect The Force Unleashed in any form before early summer.
Edit: LotF Revelation is out On Feb 26th. The next novel release is LotF Invincible 90 days later on May 13th followed by The Force Unleashed novelon June 24th, as well as Coruscant Nights: Jedi Twilight novel on June 24th.

If this is true, hopefully they managed to take their time and create a top quality game, rather than do a rush to get the game out in time for the Christmas shopping spree like they did with KOTORII.

Doubtful, since that's only 10 months away and it hasn't even been officially announced by LFL or any developers yet. If they rush the game out in only 10 months it'll have even more loose ends and bugs than KOTOR2.

After some more research it looks like it is a major long shot to see KoTOR 3 by Christmas. There are no recent updates about the game or its true release date. Christmas of '08 was a speculation made around a year ago. With TFU coming out in summer I don't see how KotOR 3 would come out in '08 anyway.

I got my copy of Revelation today. But I had to seek out the only book store in town who as a fluke got its shipment before everyone else.
I've ordered hardcover SW books from Amazon and often they've come 10 days ahead of schedule. I do notice however that Revelation is in one bookstore in my city which has millions of people. When Fury came out it was in every store a week early. I think some stores may not be receiving or shipping books too soon before official release date anymore.

None of the stores by me ever get books early. As far as I know its only happened once that I remember, with Shatterpoint a few years back.

If you pick up your copies in store, doesn't that automatically cost you 10 to 20 dollars more?
Amazon gives discounts off the book prices.
