As I start to work on my next entry, I must say I'm half-tempted to take him and that little group of aliens and go with an A-Team joke
(
"During the Stark Hyperspace War, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a Republic court for a crime they didn't commit. These beings promptly escaped from a maximum security detention block to the Coruscant underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the Alien-Team."

this brings up the question==where in the timeline of SW to place the Ewoks movies, cartoons, and comics? Some place them before ANH, but the Galaxies website, set AFTER ANH, speaks as Morag as still alive, and she DIED in the cartoons.

I think they're all post ANH, and (IIRC) some are post ESB. There was a timeline floating around (I think in the Dark Times Timeline thread) that had their placement.
Edit:
Okay, it wasn't a timeline, but there was some good discussion. The two Ewok films happen after ESB, and are date-locked by The Illustrated SW Universe. The cartoons happen post-ANH and after (or during) Galaxies, making them circa 1.5 ABY. I'm unsure of the placement of Teebo's Adventure and the other books, plus the Ewok comics. They should be around that general timeframe, however.

Teebo's adventure and How the Ewoks Saved the Trees take place before the other Ewok stories.

Well, we've gotten an Endor one, a Mos Espa one and a nightclub/coruscant one so far...I'd expect an opera patron, a vehicle and a wildcard- possibly a classic era character.

New one is up: Diva Shaliqua, one of Jabba's dancers at the podrace, who may or may not be tied to Gardulla's Diva Funquita from
Podracing Tales
Here's my Ongree submission:
Lerbue Hyllib
If connections were needed to get something done on Coruscant, the few who knew of his talents hired Lerbue Hyllib. Born on the Ongree homeworld of Solokin, he built a name for himself with his shady negotiation skills.
Manipulating a local Solokinian (the more spacefaring of the two native species) to provide him passage to Coruscant, Lerbue soon established a new network, masterfully balancing the various factional conflicts of the planet's cultures. A fact not overlooked by Senator Sweitt Concorkill.
Sweitt often tapped Lerbue's abilities as the Ongree people rose in galactic influence (thanks, in part, to Jedi such as Pablo-Jill), particularly in matters concerning the Separatist movement.
Lerbue was tasked by Sweitt to manage secret talks with several Separatists regarding the Contell Corridor- a little used trade route connecting Solokin's Skustell Cluster with Denon and regions just outside Hutt space.
With Solokin located in a relatively desolate area of the Expansion Region between Mimban and Iktotch, the Contell saw little use due to the nearby Corellian Run. However, Count Dooku saw an opportunity to establish a supply route from Geonosis to Neimodia which his planned Confederacy could control.
The Trade Federation's Ciss Ding, accompanied by the Gossam Dha Ramasha and the Aqualish Shi'ido, arrived on Coruscant- a security officer in Lerbue's network, Captain Jilth Seff, circumventing recent Ingress laws enacted by Minister Praji.
Escorted by Seff to a lower level (and witnessing an airspeeder suddenly crash nearby), Lerbue led his guests to a secure room in the Outlander acquired through his Baath connections.
Sweitt called off the talks days later upon learning of the sudden clone army at the Republic's disposal, volunteering the Contell Corridor's use for quicker access to the cloning facilities on Kamino. The act reflected poorly on Lerbue for years until his relocation to a so-called "alien sector" following the establishment of the Empire.
One thing I wanted to try and achieve with this entry was explain away the travel time inconsistancy in AOTC that's bugged me since the creation of my AOTC/Clone Wars Timeline- that being how Yoda managed to go from Coruscant to Kamino to Geonosis in less time than anyone else going to Geonosis directly (a trip that usually takes 2 days, while Yoda does it in less than 1 despite stopping at Kamino to mobilize the troops and such).
I also wanted tog ive a pretty specific location for the Ongree homeworld, and, for a change of pace, not have it be named "Ongreea" or "Ongra" or what have you. Thought having them be one of two native races- and not being the dominate one would make for some interesting Quarren/Mon Calamari-esque situations.

actually I made a mistake! Col. Danal was in charge of the IMPERIAL base established on Gerrard V prior to the Battle of Yavin, which woul of course predate Rogue Swuadron and your bio you wrote--my bad.
BTW, what is your pilot's designation (Red...?) at Endor?
