	Alright this is probably a newbie question and all, but what ever happen to Kyle does he ever appear in the new jedi order books? What becomes of him? Or is he strickly for the games!? -----signature----- Absolute Power, Kurupts Absolutely!

	Well, first off Kyle had his own trilogy of novellas written for him after DFII came out. And he does make an appearance in The Unifying Force. Apparently he's also scheduled to appear in some post NJO novels as well. 	MastahJedi: A Jedi Council was established part-way through the NJO series. It's integrated with what was the Republic and so is half Jedi, half non-Jedi. Kyle didn't make the cut. The 6 are Luke, Cilhgal, Saba, Kyp, Tresina, and Kenth. As far as we know, Kyle hasn't been made a Jedi Master yet, though he has trained multiple students. -----signature-----

	If he hasn't made master by now, he should soon. He defeated 9 Dark Jedi, and singlehandedly (albiet, without the Force) crushed the Dark Trooper project. If it weren't for him, the Galaxy would be under the control of either Jerec, Desann, or Galak Fyarr with very much upgraded dark trooper armor. -----signature----- I can't say rim.

	I was under the impression that Kyle was already a Master, especially when others like Kenth have attained Mastery. Given the fact that Kyle has been a foremost Jedi for the best part of two decades, has trained several students including Jaden Kor and Rosh Penin and is referred to in TUF as being a combat instructor, I'd always assumed that Kyle's Mastery was implied.

	Kyle was made a Master after NJO I think (his CUSWE entry says so IIRC, but I'm not sure of the source). Really he should have been one a fair time ago. Regarding the Darktroopers, I believe restarting them was too difficult since the entire production facility and most of the designers were neutralised, along with the source of the phrik alloy. It was really Mohc's personal project, and then he was dead. 	Havet Storm? Didn't Desann kill you? Aren't the Darktroopers in Jedi Academy completely unrelated to the droids? I don't remember any droid enemies from JA. Edit: Are you thinking of Hazard Troopers (those big guys with concussion rifles?) 	Obi Wan wasn't a master when he trained Anakin. In fact, training a Padawan was how one way to become a master. In JO sources, it says that many Jedi Trainers were not Jedi Knights themselves, but since more Jedi were needed, Luke let them train others anyway. Kyle was at least a knight in Jedi Outcast. -----signature----- I can't say rim.
