Granted, this is probably because Obi-Wan made mincemeat out of him. The films have a disturbing trend of giving villains their comeuppance with little sympathy to hype: the deaths of Maul, Dooku, Grievous, Jango, and Boba were all pretty shocking in their abruptness. You’d think to expect it by now.
