	>And I'm here to add to the oddity. It seems Joe Johnston once invisioned Leia with a Grievous-esque body, as seen on this Galaxy 2 card. Its hard to see it on the card (there's a much better version in the Galaxy Volume 2 collection book), but her lower half and arms are entirely robotic. The funny thing is, they look almost exactly like B-1 battledroid parts...< Obviously, it's an unfinished prototype from the Alliance Project Decoy Leia droid (from Prophets of the Dark Side.) 	In about 10 days the New Essential Guide to Aliens comes out. And we will finally, finally get to see Grievous's face (or get an idea of it). And that entire population of bizarre and disturbing Grievy fangirls that somehow spawned after the arrival of ROTS won't be able to draw their imaginary Qymaen fanart-work anymore. MUHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!! (Of course, we're gonna have to deal with the real Qymaen fanart now... ) -----signature----- SAN HILL LIVES!

That's the beauty of imagination. Sort of like all the STRANGE Grievous pairings out there. I don't agree with them , but it's still fun to experience other people's free expression! I hope they do show his face, crosses fingers cause it will be fun to draw him the 'official' way too. 	"Strange Grievous pairings?" I have no idea what you're talking about. But you're right -- so far it looks like we're getting only masks. 	Hee hee..., yeah, that's what I'm talking about, although that picture does sorta warm the cockles of my heart a bit! I've been confused about the whole horn/mandible thing since seeing that one drawing from the new guide. The kaleesh looks like she/he has her 'horns' on top of her head. Could be part of the mask, but then I can't see any horns on the chin area where they have traditionally been shown.Mabey they flip up and down? Arrrg, I'm so confused. I'm just going to have to wait for descriptions! Is there a new pic floating around hyperspace? 	Heh, I'm with karabbackilla on this latest spat of exchanges...since when does having ANYTHING in canon stop the wild imaginations of fans? All the literary side of establishing some Grievous canon has done is inspire whole new batches of melodramatic angst and romance fic of the sort that would surely give said canon-establishers hives should they ever wish to expose themselves to such horrors. It's not going to matter one iota once Grievous gets an official 'face', either. A lot of fans don't pay any attention to the realities of how he looks as a cyborg as it is. A deliriously overwrought new story I found a couple of days ago, which featured one of Grievous's more flowery romantic permutations, could serve as the perfect example of how people are just gonna keep on seeing him exactly as they wanna see him...that one was delusional enough that the first feedback offered revolved about a reader's confusion about how the heck cyborg-Grievous could kiss anybody. I don't know how the character I saw in ROTS could kiss anybody either (or want to, for that matter), but hey! long live fan delusion, baby!

	Oh, Grievous is covershot material. Political magazine cover that is XD ...Eh, do you suppose any of their "spousal units" took the mantle of "dad" after the "incident"?
