	In the first part of the Battle of Jabiim, Republic #55, pages 15-17 feature a brown-haired, female, Jedi General. On page 17 she gets stabbed in the back by Alto Stratus. 	Nothing specifically requires her to die -- we only see Stratus grab her, then get driven off. Since we don't see a blade sticking out of her chest, she could have survived. Since Stratus isn't an idiot, however, that makes it highly unlikely that he didn't stab her before he starts gloating. Dramatic license, though -- the real purpose of the story was to put Anakin in an untenable postion where he and he alone would become the sole ranking Jedi left on Jabiim, thus necessitating her demise in that scene. Alto Stratus carving a swath through the masters' ranks was a key storytelling component in all of this, which points to a definite authorial intent for a final death. -----signature----- "If there's one thing I hate, it's losing. 	Wasnt she a Padawan? I don't know of very many Padawans who were generals. That seems to have been reserved for the Knights and Masters. And just before Stratus attacks her, we see one of the walker pilots talking to her about calling down gunships.
