What was wrong with the scrolling? It's a good idea. You have no excuse for missing it, and gives moderators a fortitude save against any offered.

My utilisation of complex locution to ask what's more pathetic, fans who worship their
movie actors, or the actors who couldn't give a damn, is more a reflection of my own
superincumbent mental actuity than any circumscribed lexicon. Don't you agree?

I like the scrolling as well. I mean I just read a Fury spoiler in an outside thread. Already read Fury so no biggy. I wouldn't have realized the guildlines if not for that scrolling banner. Not everybody is into reading all the rules and litigation threads.

Out of curiosity, did the Spoiler policy change for Revelation? I see a few Spoiler Tagged threads. I won't finish until tomorrow so I have not checked them out and frankly, I'll welcome them, but I wanted to find out what the deal is, first.

i think the spoiler policy is far too stringent. if you really don't want to read spoilers about the latest book you haven't read, you should stay away from the forum until you finish it.

personally, i have no problem reading a 'spoiler' before i read the book / comic. i don't enjoy it any less.

just voicing my opinion (which i'm sure will be summarily ignored) whistling

We have the policy because there are a large number of people here on the boards who don't want to be spoiled. They don't deserve to be told to just stay away from a whole forum for a few weeks until they get the book. The policy can be fairly stringent, yes, but if you want a thread about the newly released book, all you have to do is PM a mod about it. It's not too difficult...

Amazon is shipping Invincible on May 13th, just to let anyone know.

Is the Invincible blurb at the back of Revelation fair game for discussion or considered a spoiler? thinking

It was officially released, so it's considered fair game for conversation.

I'm not sure where to leave this because the other thread is locked, but the link to "I, Jedi" in the Literature Forum thread seems to be incorrect, as it links to the Tatooine Ghost thread.
