QuentinGeorge posted:PS: I guess I should also mention, Vader's glove was retconned. It's not the actual glove that is indestructible, Vader took one of Kaans indestructible gauntlets and sort of put his glove over it or something like that... No...it was a Mandalorian crushgaunt over one of Kaan's indestructible amulets. That's what the article says.
QuentinGeorge posted:Ah...reading it, I only see this: Boc learned all that he could about these heroes, such as how the invincible Tott had battled hordes of darksiders in the Old Sith Wars, or how Newar of the Nercathi clan led the Third Legion of Light to victory at the cost of his own life in one of Ruusan's seven battles, his pyre ashes crystallized and shaped into three idols in his likeness. Gifted with a rare power, Boc used the Force to read the impressions from these idols and access fragments of Newar's memory. Boc was fascinated by the grisly images he saw of Jedi victory at Malrev IV and Ruusan, and he felt more determined than ever to become a Jedi warrior.
QuentinGeorge posted: Seems to me like they're talking about the same thing.... I was correcting your misreading that the glove of Darth Vader was one of Kaan's gloves. It was no such thing.
Charlii posted:The image might seem like a good candidate for Adas, but if I remember correctly: isn't the caption "...and some of them, I'm afraid to say, were Jedi" or something like that? /Charlii
Sauron18 posted:Aside from it being an armor basically identical to the one described, a time period identical, and coming from the same source (Ood Bnar's Holocron) seems to point out that this is Adas. It would be extremely coincidential if it wasn't, but we're going for an "innocent until proven guilty" sort of thing, since in all probability it is him.
