Im shocked that Ive brought this up in the Legacy #1 thread and there hasnt been any feedback. Maybe giving it its own thread will help, oh well, here goes...
In the middle right panel on page 12, after Kol dies and Wolf is revived, Shado suddenly reacts to something and says "Master?," to which the mystery response is simply "GO." At first I thought he was talking to Wolf, but it doesnt seem likely as hes preoccupied with Cade, not to mention coming to grips with the fact that he was just brought back from the dead. And also, being that the bubble isnt connecting to anyone, it tells me that its coming out of thin air.
Do you think, like I do, that this is a hint at Kol Skywalker becoming a Force Ghost? Will Qui Gon Ginn FINALLY get the grand recognition he so rightfully deserves? And will this also mean that Jacen & co. crack the Force Ghost code in LOTF?
Man I hope Kol materializes! Cade and Shado sure could use his help!
If this happens, the Legacy writers will definately jump up five notches on my "Fav. Star Wars Authors" list.

I was always confused by that panel...who is it supposed to be??? And why are they saying go...?

Hmm, I don't have my own copy cuz my comic book store got shorted and stil don't have enough copies. I remember being confused at that panel. I'll have to reread it. I like the idea that its him as a force ghost. But would Qui-gon get credit? I doubt it. The only people who knew it was his were Obi-Wan and Yoda. Unless one of them has a hidden holocron where they saved that knowledge, the NJO won't know jinn perfected the technique.

Yes Fritzler, but thats where the ROTS novel comes in where its definately acknowledged that Qui Gon discovered this parlor trick indeed!

Hmm, I haven't read that, I've only seen the movie. Who knew Qui Gon did it, other than Yoda/Obi-wan?

Anyway, it can't be Kol. Kol has green eyes. The face in that panel has icy deep blue almost perfectly blue ghostly eyes....

Look at it again. The face is Shado, which you can tell by the eyes and the fact that the skin is blue. The bubble saying "Go" isn't connected to anything, which makes it a disembodied voice, which would seem to suggest that, like in ANH, Kol - who has just died - is reaching out from beyond the grave to urge our heros' escape.
