Yes. As are Transformers.
Not really, but I think that it could be argued that the in-universe section of the commercial shows a canon regular day at the cantina. It does include some footage not seen anywhere else, and there's nothing overtly Earthian (excluding the actual PSA, of course.) Besides, the only references that could be made are that a Talz got drunk, and that he was helped out by a Duros. I don't think it really hurts anything...
