	Do you remember last year's National Retcon Week? Well, it's that time of year again, so now, only slightly less arbitrarily than last year... ... I declare the second, annual NATIONAL RETCON WEEK... begun!! 1.) WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO The basic NRW concept is very simple. If there's a situation in Star Wars canon that you think can be reinterpreted, then we want to know! It can be a fix for a glaring continuity problem, or a radical, revisionist view of something everyone's taken for granted up to now: the only criterion is that you have to come up with a retcon that has at least a tenuous basis in existing canon evidence... Just write up your retcon, then post it as a new thread - and add a short post with a link to this thread, to make sure people can find it. But wait - there's more!! 2.) The NATIONAL RETCON WEEK Great Retcon Hunt!! This year, for something new, we're also inviting people to draw attention to continuity flubs that require retcons, even if they can't immediately think of a good 'fix' themselves - hopefully, these will inspire responses and discussion among the fans. The process is pretty much the same: just write an explanation of why you think a retcon is needed, then post it as a new thread - and add a short post with a link to this thread, to make sure people can find it. 3.) Oh, And... Anything Else? Well, I should stress that I doubt LFL or anyone official will listen to any of our suggestions... but hey - it's all in good fun! And there's a strong possibility that some Golden Ewok™ awards may be issued - for categories like Best Retconn, Best Supporting Evidence, and Best New Continuity Gaffe... 	I'll begin by cheating and instead note that a retcon from last year that have been taken care of by LFL. Or, rather, the continuity problem behind the retcon... A year ago I wrote a short retcon labeled "King of the Sith" that tried to explain the strange character King Adas from the Tales of the Jedi Companion. Of course that one had to be scrapped when the NEC came out a few months later, but our friend Abel Peña recently had the article "Evil Nevel Dies" published that retcons King Adas (and a lot of other things) far better than my old attempt. So I whish to proclaim this the first sucessfull NRW continuity error highlight! /Charlii

	Okay, one hugely needed retcon is with regard to the whole "number of clones" thing. Preferably something avoiding the rancor and animosity we've seen around here on the topic, but one that functions to tie in the various disparities brought up by the sheer scale of the conflict, the numbers of troops reported by different sources on both sides, etc. Get to it, people! - Keralys -----signature----- God made man. 	Let's not forget the Mimban-Vader doppleganger possibility. Seriously, the guy left two legs and an arm on Mustafar. Luke only lost one HAND and they made Luuke. Mimban-Vader could totally be Annakin. Or Aanakin. Or Anakiin. Or Anaakin. 	IIRC, Vader's limbs rolled off into the lava on Mustafar. They're a bit crispy to make a clone from... There's been at least one Vader clone---he appeared in the Galaxy of Fear series, but was killed by Vader himself. I'm not entirely clear on the specifics, since I haven't read that particular story.

	It could be the same clone, right?
