Getting the thread back towards something more on-topic...
Yep. The original concept of Oola was naked - at least from the waist up - apart from a collar, matching cuffs around her biceps, and the Twi'lek headdress... which in the original design incorporated a gag.
Begging the question: what was the original "slave Leia" concept art like?
