I think I'll just pretend its still "under construction", maybe has its engines working but that inside its still a shell, needs the guns mounted still, I dunno.

Look at the illustrations. You don't have to pretend. It is still very much under construction. Let's not forget that the Death Star I took about 20 years to complete; since the ending of Episode III, I'm prepared to not consider anything that isn't completed and operational a continuity problem.

True.

We know the Eclipse took a long time to build given its appearance in EaW as a "prototype" but it not being officially launched for another decade. I guess this would basically just be the same kind of deal.

In fact, wasn't the idea of the Eclipse it was being built at Kuat but was taken to Byss where it was completed? If so, that too would add merit to the idea of unfinished ships being capable of movement long before they're finished.

Yes, and the Emperor's giddy love of impractical but menacing looking weaponry accounts for budget problems and long build times.

edit: Hey, is it possible that Proxy's not unhappy to see the SA knighted, but rather worried that he's about to be executed by Vader, given Vader's dialogue?

We know the SA is powerfull and someone that powerfull just dosn't disapear so he had to go somewhere. We have no clue about the hidden temple yet. Sometime later on, K'Kruhk took a fellow survivor under his wing and followed clues to the mysterious "Hidden Temple", a rumored place of refuge for harried Jedi in those dark times.

While numerous other survivors of the initial purge were eventually hunted down, K'Kruhk survived the fall of the Empire and eventually joined the New Jedi Order. Discover the Hidden Temple. A place of peace and sanctuary--enter at your own risk!

We also have vader fighting a knight of the old republic in Dark Times # 12 vector 6. If they could have remainded hidden for so long then so can the SA.

Do you think he created the Hidden Temple? Its not to far fetched that he could have something to do with it.

A quote from Legacy "There is a place, hidden to all but a select few, where some of the most powerful figures in the galaxy reside." The SA's family?
A redeemed Jacen Solo Skywalker member? Maybe relatives of Katarn or Durron?

I think this would tie in nicelt with the SA. THoughts?

Very nice!
Worth looking into, and it seems like it would fit!
But I wonder, did the SA ever got to touch the hat?

If I'm not mistaken, said Jedi isn't really a Jedi anymore, she is a force user under control of the Muur-talisman and was sort of asleep for 4000 years. Those ancient knights didn't remain hidden, this is a case of a person in stasis, likely buried on some obscure backwater planet. The most likely reason for that would be that she was frozen and brought to a completely unimportant place to protect the galaxy from the effects of the talisman. Or it could be a self-imposed stasis, to wait for "better times" for Sith.

Anyway, the SA could definately hide somewhere, but I wouldn't use this particular force user as an example wink

Is Dark Times # 12 vector 6 even out yet?
Thanks for ruining it, if it is not.

It's not, and no one ruined anything. We just know what's on the cover of the comic.
