New Theory
<Uli> Yeah. I kinda half hope that "Shaak-Ti" in TFU is Ahsoka.
<Uli> :P
<Trip> it seems like the kind of thing Yoda would do
<Uli> "Ah, you're his latest I see?"
<Uli> that'd be cool.
<Trip> Maybe that's why they delayed it
<Uli> Yeah, it is very Yodaish.
<Trip> They need to re-record dialog
<Uli> What, TFU?
<Trip> yeah
<Trip> FU
<Uli> THat'd be sweet, I think
<Uli> they've both got the handgrip
<Uli> it'd be cool.
<Trip> It'd explain why Shaak suddenly developed a dislike of clothes
This theory FTW, I think. The apprentices of Anakin Skywalker, past and present, showdown!
(Alas, unlikely to be true)

Have they actually said whether its Shaak Ti or not?
Being Ahsoka would be cool though.

Offhand from what we know it being Ahsoka would be immense.
Sadly its not. Its confirmed on the official website under the characters section that it is indeed Shaak Ti (albeit one with a liking for rancors and skimpy clothes).
I suppose it makes sense as Ahsoka's fate could be tied directly to the Clone Wars animation.

Take this with a grain of salt but according to the website NZGamer, the Secret Apprentices name is:
Starkiller
As seen in this link here .
Now as I said take this with a grain of salt but it does fit with Blackman saying the name starts with an "S" on GameTrailers.

Heh.
Starkiller?
I like that. Okay, BioWare already used it for Bendak but... yeah. Considering that was Luke's original name. Yeah, I like that.
(I'd like it more if it was his actual name rather than a 'code name', however Kane Starkiller, anyone? )

What are the system specs? Carrack size, I'll bet. Were I to obtain this and Starcraft 2, I'd have to delete KOTOR 2: The Trade Practices Violation.

I don't think it's coming out for PC.
Well, it will be, but at the moment: "It's console exclusive" I think. So there's no word on the specs.

Maybe they'll do the ol' GTA technique. The "this game is so good, you buy a console for it" technique. Which works with some people, so why not?
As for Starkiller...

Flaring starlines of hyperspace, Unleashed is not coming out on the PC?!
. . .
I don't think so. I think the consolers paid money to the company to delay the release a period of time, to accrue exclusive sales. It's been done before. No fool would miss out on a share of the PC market's potential gamers.

It's been done before to keep a game to one console, but not to keep it off of PC as far as I know. Hell, usually such exclusives have a simultaneous PC release with the exclusive console: Splinter Cell (the original, I think the first sequel, and the forthcoming fifth title in the series), Bioshock, Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, etc.
(Bioware's lack of simultaneous PC releases stems from a desire to get the PC versions right instead of crappy console ports like their current corporate overlords would have, as far as I can tell, and not any sort of contractual obligation.)

You mean that ever-dwindling market that's sent formerly PC-exclusive developers like Epic and Valve scrambling to release console versions of their games too?

Also a Rodian!
Or maybe "Starkiller" is just his codename, and his real identity is secretly this guy. Best tie-in ever!

I'm not a big fan of the SA as Starkiller, since I always feel like the authors are going "tee hee, look what we did. Aren't we clever?" Every time they use the name for something.
