No, I did not. The only way it works for me is if Blackhole's background is used... so that 'Shadow'Spawn has some merit to the name. I liked the whole illusion thing, too many Force badasses are/ were crawling out the GFFA's woodwork. The lameness of sword saber things, the ginsu warrior, self proclaimed Emperor... blah, blah, blah... he sucked. Retcon him out, and the universe wouldn't even know it.

at this point, cronal is the hidden glue to the empire. shadowspawn is... feh, we'll see come mindor. i'm all for consolidation of characters but i'm not so keen on shadowspawn and cronal being the same guy. i guess it would really depend on how they did it.

Looks more like masking to me. It's certainly not instantaneous.
