Well, there is something good in everyone, even Mandalorians then, it seems. Under those armors are socialist, sexually liberated beings. Nice to know. happy

Whoa, so many spoilers since the last time I checked this thread. I'm getting really excited for this book. Less mando's compared to bloodlines is a good thing. I hope she integrated them into the story a little better than last time.

I'm loving the deaths in this one. dancing

I'm feeling vindicated in calling Mara's death. grin

I knew that Lumiya would have to die in order for the tassel prophesy about 'He will (re)name himself' to come true, so I was expecting it, but I'm sad to see my favorite Dark Lady go. cry In fact, that saddens me far, far more than Mara's demise.

Yeah, what you're bathing in did indeed originate from you, but it ain't awesomeness.

So far it sounds great - I can't wait to read it.

One question What's the Mara/Lumiya fight like - is it just a straight up brawl, or is there a lot of argument, talking, reminiscing etc.?

Mara died on Kavan.

Lumiya died on Terephon in the Transitory Mists.

Could you perhaps give us more info on the Jacen vs Mara fight. How it starts, how it progresses and what brings about the end. Thanks!

Where is Kavan? And if Terephon is in it, does Hapes and/or Tenel Ka appear?

But Mara? That was wayyyy too obvious. Granted, everyone was obvious at this point, but the cover was a flashing neon sign complete with "SACRIFICE" right under Mara's picture. I thought they'd be more creative than that.

OK, even though I didn't care for her, I'm bummed. Luke will never find another woman like that. Ben will never forgive himself.

And she should have been cut in half, or something. She should have died like a warrior, not Doc Holiday.

That, too. Remarkable. peace

hugs

I don't think there's anything I can say in this thread that's not redundant already.

However, you'll find my full analysis linked to in the news ticker at the bottom of the page. wink
