Something I just noticed in Dark Force Rising
OK, the very beginning of the book, Thrawn sent ground troops to Karrde's base. We're told that it's dawn in the forest of Myrkr. "The last dawn some in that forest would ever see." OK, that's nice and ominous.
But who was it TALKING about? Karrde and all his people have pulled out and there weren't any casualities among the Imperials.
