Yes, Basso and Abel make a reappearance, and it sound like they will be featured thought the rest of the arc.

This is what I remember from reading in the comic book store:

Deena Shan has decided to leave the Rebellion. Luke goes to talk to her when they suddenly drop out of hyperspace. They find out that they are at a very important Imperial station. A plan is concocted and set into motion. Except for those involved with the plan everyone else is evacuated. Deena Shan decides to stay and partake in the mission. A distraction is created by blowing up Home One, along with the ship several Rebels sacrifice their lives. Luke, Leia, Deena and others infiltrate the station and head off to deal with their part of the plan. In the end we learn they are being allowed to infiltrate before they are eliminated or captured in Luke and Leia's case.
