	Some online retailers ship early. Also, always check your nearest Barnes & Noble. Some of their stores play it a bit loose with the laydown dates and put books on the shelves before they're supposed to. Borders tends to respect the embargos, but B&N sometimes doesn't if it's not a big-name release that they're liable to get in trouble over. mrsvos posted: Ah, the joys of the book loan program at work...... 	I'm about 50 pages into the book. At least in the first 50 pages set up what looks like an ensemble of people (around 13) that are all in different places when the novel starts. A Twi'lek bartender on Coruscant, her bouncer, a doctor, a guard on a prison planet, a TIE fighter pilot, and a Marialan architect prisoner are some of the main characters. Tarkin and Vader look like they have a big part of the novel. 	The first two thirds of the novel is Part One: Construction. The last third give 40 pages is called Part Two: Shakedown. Presently the Death Star is under construction. I have no idea from the writers what year this is or exactly how much time has passed since RoTS. (17 Years according to the timeline.) I can't make judgments about the novel as I'm only on page 75 but...well, there is a lot of set up in this 363 pager. The next 290 pages could be amazing so all I can tell you for sure is there is 75 pages of setup. The narrative is just showing up now.
